By purchasing Keller's Farmstand 2021 Sunflower Field tickets, you are agreeing to our policies, which are guided by Restore Illinois and include:
Social Distancing: Social distancing is not mandatory for fully vaccinated guests age 12 and older. Non-vaccinated guests are asked to maintain a minimum of 6-feet from other guests who are not in their party.
Masks: Fully vaccinated guests are not required to wear face coverings for our indoor and outdoor activities. Non-vaccinated guests are required to wear face coverings indoors or when social distancing is not possible outside.
Tickets: Timed ticketing limits the total number of guests in the sunflower field every half-hour. NO tickets will be sold at the gate unless the time slots are not at capacity. Keller's Farmstand reserves the right to decline entrance to anyone not in possession of a ticket. General admission ticket holders should plan to enjoy a two-hour experience. However, you are welcome to enjoy non-ticketed Keller's Farmstand activities for any time duration on the day of your ticket.
You will be allowed to enter during the entirety of your time slot only. For example, if you selected 10AM you will be able to enter from 10am to 10:29AM. If you arrive at 10:31AM, you will not be able to enter the sunflower field unless there are tickets available. Should you miss your time slot and no tickets are available, there will be no refunds or rebookings.
All ticket sales are non-refundable. However, if weather requires Keller’s Farmstand to close the sunflower field you will be allowed a one-time re-adjustment of your tickets.
Parents must monitor their children at all times!
Purchases: Please plan to use credit and debit for all areas of Keller's Farmstand.
Social Responsibility Agreement: By Purchasing Keller's Farmstand Sunflower field Tickets or entering Keller's Farmstand retail location, guest(s) and all members of their party agree not to seek entry at Keller's Farmstand facilities or grounds if any guest(s) and any member of their party feels sick or exhibits any of the signs or symptoms of COVID-19.
Social Responsibility Liability Release: You are hereby acknowledging that you and all members of your party understand and agree that access to and use of the Keller's Farmstand facilities is voluntary and involves inherent risks. As material consideration for access to and use of the facilities, all guests in your party agree to specifically assume all risks of personal injury, illness and death, property loss and other damages including, without limitation, risks of contracting COVID-19 or other bacterial or viral illnesses associated with guests’ visiting Keller's Farmstand. Guest hereby releases, waives, discharges and covenants not to sue Keller's Farmstand, and their respective officers, directors, managers, owners, partners, employees and agents (“Keller's Farmstand Parties”) for any and all claims, liabilities, losses, costs, damages and expenses that guest may have against any Keller's Farmstand Parties for any personal injury, illness or death, property loss or other damages connected to or arising out of the associated risks. Any dispute between guest and any of the Keller's Farmstand Parties under this Agreement will be resolved by arbitration in Oswego, Illinois, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
