By purchasing Keller's Farmstand Fall Festivities 2024 tickets, you are agreeing to our policies.

Tickets: Keller's Farmstand reserves the right to decline entrance to anyone not in possession of a ticket. Fall Festivities ticket holders should plan to enjoy a two-hour experience. You are welcome to enjoy non-ticketed Keller's Farmstand activities on the day of your ticket.

Keller's online ticket sales do not provide expedited entry or other advantages to customers upon arrival. They are offered as a convenience to our customers, since confirmed tickets will be sent to you via email upon purchase. There is no significant discount offered with online ticket purchases. Although Keller's Farmstand does reduce the price of online tickets, fees will be added through our third-party online ticketing service that make your total payment comparable to the price paid at the ticket booth.

ONLINE TICKETS ARE NONREFUNDABLE. However, if Keller’s Farmstand must close due to severe weather you will be allowed a one-time re-adjustment of your tickets. In addition, online tickets may be changed in advance through the ticketing service provider (NOT through Keller's Farmstand). Instructions for changes to online ticket purchases are provided by the online ticket purchase provider, and inquiries for all ticket changes should be addressed to them. Please look for instructions on the ticket emails you receive.

Parents must monitor their children at all times!

Purchases: We accept credit and debit cards as well as cash at the Farmstand.

Social Responsibility Agreement: By Purchasing Keller's Farmstand Fall Festivities tickets or entering Keller's Farmstand retail location, guest(s) and all members of their party agree not to seek entry at Keller's Farmstand facilities or grounds if any guest(s) and any member of their party feels sick or exhibits any of the signs or symptoms of COVID-19.

Social Responsibility Liability Release: You are hereby acknowledging that you and all members of your party understand and agree that access to and use of the Keller's Farmstand facilities is voluntary and involves inherent risks. As material consideration for access to and use of the facilities, all guests in your party agree to specifically assume all risks of personal injury, illness and death, property loss and other damages including, without limitation, risks of contracting COVID-19 or other bacterial or viral illnesses associated with guests’ visiting Keller's Farmstand. Guest hereby releases, waives, discharges and covenants not to sue Keller's Farmstand, and their respective officers, directors, managers, owners, partners, employees and agents (“Keller's Farmstand Parties”) for any and all claims, liabilities, losses, costs, damages and expenses that guest may have against any Keller's Farmstand Parties for any personal injury, illness or death, property loss or other damages connected to or arising out of the associated risks. Any dispute between guest and any of the Keller's Farmstand Parties under this Agreement will be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
